To boost your bodies antioxidants, and therefore its ability to fight disease, and to boost your daily energy level, try this 3 ingredient, super easy, super antioxidant smoothie:
Just 3 easy ingredients:
- 1 scoop (approx. 2 tablespoons) of your favorite whey protein powder (any flavor will do, I prefer either chocolate or vanilla)
- 4 oz of your favorite MonaVie juice blend
- 4 oz of water (or milk, almond milk or soy milk if you want a thicker smoothie)
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until frothy.
