Here’s another good reference book for your psychic library. Whether you’re new to this world of higher self and just beginning to explore your own psychic abilities or you’re a seasoned clairvoyant, Basic Psychic Development is an invaluable tool you’ll turn to time and again as a great reference.
Filled with exercises and techniques designed to discover and/or fine tune your inherent psychic abilities, this book by John Friedlander and Gloria Hemsher is written in an easy to read – easy to understand style that doesn’t talk down to the reader. The techniques offered are fully detailed by the authors as to origins, beliefs, practices, specific instructions and results to expect.
I initially read this book cover to cover in about a week. And I recommend this way for you to approach the book. Once you have the overview, go back and use this book as a true guide: chapter by chapter, practicing along the way. Each chapter is a discovery – the first concentrating on: Grounding, Center of Head, Owning the Room and Running Earth and Cosmic Energy. The second focuses on: Cleaning Chakras, Creating Roses, and Blowing Pictures. Basic exercises lead to more profound insights culminating in a chapter about contacting and working with your Healing Guide.
It’s really all here – and if you’re interested in awakening your higher self – or re-awakening it – I highly recommend this book be one of your references.
