I Give Myself Permission To…

By Tina Van Leuven

Have you ever noticed yourself holding back from doing something you wanted to do, as if you were waiting for permission? Seeking approval? Yet from whom?…

I love to explore the many ways we can collaborate with our subconscious, with the gatekeeper to our memory archives, beliefs and programming.

I give myself permission to….

and just fill in the blank.

I started adding these words in energy release sessions, with myself and with clients, and it was amazing what happened. Where there had been resistance or zoning out before, the energy now shifted and energized.

I give myself permission to release any separation between me and Source…
I give myself permission to release any and all fear of being a clear vessel for Source to express through…
I give myself permission to release all beliefs of being unworthy…
I give myself permission to release all solemn vows, agreements and/or contracts which have disconnected me from my heart and power…
I give myself permission to release the need to control…

These were just a few of the statements I would speak out loud and think in my mind throughout the day.

As well as:

I give myself permission to enjoy today…
I give myself permission to receive love and support…
I give myself permission to be loved by Source and to be open to receive this love…
I give myself permission to express my gifts with others…
I give myself permission to receive as well as I give…
I give myself permission to attract wonderful opportunities to uplift and inspire…

I am sure you can add many, many more to the above!

So go ahead, give yourself permission to play with this and see what happens.

Wishing you a wonderful weekend and… many joyful blessings,

Tina Van Leuven
