Pumpkin Hummus Recipe

Pumpkin Hummus RecipePumpkin is a great for the digestive system,loaded with vitamins, and at only 50 calories in a half a cup a good, healthy, low-calorie food to add to your diet!

Below is my recipe for Pumpkin Hummus. Yummy and good for you!


1 16-oz can pumpkin puree (plain)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon olive oil
3/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon minced onion
2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Mix all ingredients. Chill. Serve with pita chips, crackers, or tortilla chips.
